How I spent my summer vacation.

Decent, considering how low budget it was!

7/10

The Sweeney - 9/10. Thought it was superb. And I have a thing for Hayley Atwell even more. Fit.

On another note, there was a trailer for Skyfall. Amazin'. And the new Tarantino film, "Django Unchained". Looks awesome.

I thought Cabin In The Woods was awesome Steve. Not normally my cup of tea but it's a great take and spin on an otherwise crap genre in my opinion.

Lawless.

Good film, dragged a bit though but I liked the old style feel of it. 7/10.

Will Tom Hardy ever make a film he doesn't stare and look angry in?

The Two Jakes - 1990 sequel to Chinatown.

Not really a clue what was going on to be honest. Jake (Jack Nicholson) still a PI investigates the other Jake's (Harvey Kietel) mistress having an affair. Kietel then catches her at it and kills the guy. Investigation, guys after recordings and a court case. But so confusing.

6/10 for authenticity.

As above but I did enjoy it as it didn't seem to go overboard - like the shoot out towards the end wasn't an OTT western style 'shoot-em-up'. Surprisingly, both my sister and missus said they enjoyed it too which surprised me so it is one to take a lass to

Judgement Night 7/10

Emilio Estevez, Cuba Gooding Jr, Stephen Dorff and Jeremy Piven. Witnesses to a gang murder, cue being chased through the night by bad guys.

Pretty good, shame the quality of Skys tranmission of it was like an old VHS.
