jesus fuckin christ. How in sweet mother of gods name did i miss this thread??

That is an immense car with great attention to detail. My ONLY moan is that the GSi badges on the door are too low.
I would bring them nearer to the middle of the door if that makes sense.

Apart from that....its ace.

Well...

Its been away for about 1 week now to finish off the last few main bits of the build... the wiring. first off we were having some electrical problems where the engine wasn't running right but now all that has been sorted thanks to 'the R man' *and family*

We've managed to get to work on some other bits to like sorting out the boost pipes, flow/return and exhaust, the only thing atm where still having problems with is the clutch no bleeding? but im sure i can have this sorted by the weekend

Im very sad to say even though its running now i wouldn't wanna trek all the way down to PVS on a test run just incase something goes wrong. Even though im very confident in the build compare to most other Z20 LET's i've seen.

over the end of this week and next i'll have a mammoth cleaning session and get some better pictures taking of the car, i dont think i'll be spending any more money just yet but in the near future start looking for some sounds, a good alarm, and later on a re-trim..maybe even some more power..

below are some pictures of the engine and a small video of the engine running and revving to 2500rpm, this isn't the first time the engine was started and the oil pressure has been built up. the fan is on a cooling module and come on automatically when the first starts for about 1 minute and also come's on when you turn it off for about 1 minute 8) *it'll work when the car is running aswell lol*

thats all really for now.. i'll post up soem more stuff as i go along,

cheers again for taking 5, Tom 8)

new jack

boost pipes off the intercooler

random built up engine pics..note the scuttle panel is off for clutch troubleshooting

and a small vid for you *dunno who's speaking on the video though....lol*

thats all really for now.. i'll post up soem more stuff as i go along,

P.S. for all the corsa-c people wanting to know weather SRi rims fit over 300mm Hi-spec's brakes without spacers the answer is NO they dont, they foul on the calipers unless you dont want them to say Hi-spec anymore
