CHELSEA STATEMENT ON KAKA
Posted on: Wed 03 Jun 2009
Chelsea Football Club has issued the following statement in response to reports that we have made a world record transfer offer for Kaka.
'We have never made an offer to AC Milan for Kaka and therefore not one at this extraordinary level. As a consequence we have not discussed a salary with the player either. Any reports to the contrary are totally untrue.'

My summarised opinion on the comments since 01 June 09:

Barry to City for the money: You'd all take it so fuck off! Hypocritical twats.

City challenging for CL: Not this year but with a solid defence and a few more decent additions in other positions, then maybe 10/11 season.

Kaka to Madrid: Madrid and AC agree on fee, but Kaka's people and himself have agreed nothing (yet).

Kaka to Chelsea: Unsure, would be great to see him in the PL but I'm sat with Roman and Kenyon now, any messages you want me to pass on?

Would you sign for Palmeiras from Corinthians if they offered you stupid amounts of money?

Marc Villa and City are not local rivals, Corinthians and Palmeiras are on another level, Europe doesn't offer a rivalry as intense as Corinthians Vs Palmeiras and the only other one that comes close is River Vs Boca.
