Yeah two passes.

Can't really use app tape on the clothing stuff, the clear film is part of the roll and sticky. Not sure you could do it another way.

Going fairly well as-is anyway

Yeah you've done a good job of lining the two up, especially laying it on to cloth material. Try it though, I used to have to do it like that for multi layered vehicle lettering and such, so at the end you would have 3 or 4 colours on one piece and lay it on at the same time so everything is lined up perfect. I know clothing vinyl is alot more malleable though.

Try it, it may work. Weed the main logo and leave enough space on the backing paper around it. Weed the white part and lay clear over it and leave some extra clear application tape around the edges (or you could cut it to size and leave the clear on then lay normal application tape over the two layers) then it goes on the shirt in one then, if you get me.

Problem is the backing on the T shirt stuff is mega sticky, that is your app tape built in to the vinyl. And they're not difficult to line up because you get a few goes on the shirt.

Yeah, going to put it on the back same as the CS web address but it probably needs one on the front as well. Did wonder what colour might work, got orange and white ready to go or could get some silver or something for it. Need to make an order anyway.

Danny, With the clothing vinal you cannot get the vinyl off the clear backing without either deforming the shape when weeding what you dont want as it is stretchy or by ironing it into place.
Doing it in the 2 runs is not that much or a problem becuase we are cutting all that we need from on colour and then moving to the next.

Need to have a talk to Ian about what sort of web address to do on the WR ones.

thats a good idea by kurt making long sleeved ones, like the sparco tops you can get would make it practical and relevant to the website aswell

We will be making Long sleeved ones at some point in the future.
If this batch dose really well we will do a really big batch next time round. Then just sell them from stock like the stickers.
