down to personal preference, maybe he didnt want to lie across the tank, I know I didn't as it gives me terrible back ache, that's why I bought it's older brother (Derbi Senda).
GF-91, You've probably said this already 2T or 4T?

Exactly, buying an rs125, they're about Ł1k for a decent one, then every time they break down and need servicing, it's a lot of money for a 125..:/ 125's weren't designed to go 120mph, they're too overtuned, that's why they're not reliable, plus previous owner's thrash them and don't service them properly, I'd have a tzr125 or rg125 any day, almost the same top end speeds and much cheaper

Not really, I'd wish I had a 600cc or something proper :<
edit - but I get what you mean, if I only had CBT or A1 / A2 license, I'd go for a 2T over 4T, just dislike the noise they make, but they're nippy, I always lusted after a nsr125 as a young un but they're still pricey

stop twisting my words...
you can ride a considerably faster 2t 125cc on the same licence ect that he has, he could probably of bought a rs125 with the cash hes spent aswell.
you cannot ride a 600cc on his current licence

Well said GF-91.
Oh and for the record john, I (with a 4T) beat my mate (who had a 2T) so not all 2strokes are quicker than 4strokes.
