yes you will need 15mm spacer plate with longer bolts. all other mounts you should already have.
can be fitted without spacer but you have no clearance at the alternator. I used 8v alternator, mount and crank pulley single vee, gave loads of room.

I paid way more but that was 7/8 years ago and nobody was fitting the xev so was led to belive I needed a special mount. I did get the rear spacer and a fitting guide for whole conversion with the mount. think it was around £180?

So got a bit time in the garage today - really enjoyed it at first (more on that later)

Mates coming saturday to weld my strengthenning kit in and do a few bits and bobs - so i cracked on with some prep

Cleaned all these holes and then zinc primed

One was really a bit bad and the metal around it a bit thin

Cut the mother fucker out and made a dappa repair bit, then primed it up

Then i tackled the hole in the floor

Marked up, cut out, cleaned up

Used my pre fabbed repair bit - cleaned up and a test shot (it will be fully welded above and below

At this point i was in a good mood so took a pic of my coilies

Why was i in a good mood? Because on saturday when my mate welds these up - along with the strengthenning kit i will have a solid corsa - (well theres a tiny hole in the inner arch on drivers side and im yet to remove the arches and rear bumper - but will tackle this when the cars back on its wheels)

So i started removing the shit gaurds, arches and bumper ready to dress up for the plates - so i found it a bit weird when no matter what i tried i couldnt get the pass side arb mount area 8mm bolt out for the bumper

I took a look underneath and found a patch of weld - no biggy i can sort that - grinder out and cut the bolt to release the bumper

Lower cross member is rotten - thank fully chassis legs are fine

Now what do people do in this situation?

Can you buy the panel?

Im tempted to cut it off flat and weld in a bit of box section with the holes for arb drilled in? Will make custom fabbing rad mounts easier too
