really are small and light weight. something i should have got ages ago tbh with the amount of times bumper is on and off taking car places on dolly.

trying to explain to uni part that there is 2 different throttle cables for corsa and that the one they have given me is for an 8v is nearly impossible. Its as if they dont believe me. All i want is a refund dont look like they will give me one. Fuckers.

shift oil cooler to under drive side headlight area behind bumper and cut speed holes for air flow, should be able to move the rad forwards a fair bit. oil cooler is the dramas.

cant seem to copy link when on phone. Search for alloy radiator on ebay. They do nova ones also. 149 delivered. Collecting a cable off a mate tonight so can atleast drive the shed again.

Smashing, I fitted the same rad to mine last weekend. I think it's excellent...runs A LOT cooler now. Had to cut the legs off and weld brackets to fit it though.

aye probably gonna have to alter the top outlet to turbo as well. Old rad was ok just havent replaced it since it melted through a core last year.

the fan switch would fit into my alloy rad from them so try fitting one in first before fitting it to your car mate

oh right will look at that. Was probably just going to wire fan up to ecu any way and so it wont matter if it dont fit.
