I can't afford a good scooter. Insurance for me wouldn't be £100 and i could only ride one which went had a top speed of 30mph

I can't afford a good scooter. Insurance for me wouldn't be £100 and i could only ride one which went had a top speed of 30mph
Are you 16? As soon as you turn 17 you can ride a 125cc with a provisional and CBT.
