What happened to Arsenals supposed £100m + 'warchest'?

Everyone is saying its genius but in essence he has still spent less than half the money available to him reinforcing somewhere that didnt really need it as much as other areas

I kind of agree with you there but if Wenger isnt prepared to pay the money a club wants for a player then hes not going to pay it.

Kind of like trying to buy a car in a way, you make an offer and if you cant agree on a price, you dont buy it.

Just looked them both up, one has 14 caps so yes regular. 1 has 1 senior cap, not regular (yet)

he's right, ozil wouldnt have come if there werent explicit promises made. hes gone from playign with the likes of ronaldo, benzema, alonso etc to yaya sanogo and carl jenkinson. somehting has been promised to him and he will fuck off in 6/12 months if we dont fulfil them!
