Cut the pipe back till its straight and get a 90 degree silicone pipe and bash the metal out of the way.

looks like i need to buy some more 90 degree hoses, is there any places that do it apart from ebay, they are like 20 quid a pop

pay for the quality ones. if you get cheap ones they can blow to bits. 20 quid aint a lot of money really. no such thing as a budget when doing things properly.

you probably wont find them much cheaper really. the cheap ones, well, are very shit. i made a mistake in using one as i didnt get sent a proper one in time.

cheap one. which exploded under boost. contributing to the death of my turbo as it had overspan as it was at 1.8 bar roughly when it popped that hose, which then snapped the shaft and cost me a lot of money as i decided there and then, the cheap way isnt the best.

smart turbo. so yes, buy proper quality pipes, and get proper hose clamps, ie mikalor ones. that boost pipe set up you have now might work ok though. need to put it on its wheels and check.

1.8 bar!! jeez lol.
sorted the pipe problem with two 90 degree hoses like yours, was a bit tight to get in but manage it, looks better and front bumper fits on with out hassel

move the plate. get a hole saw n drill big holes for more airflow then wen u usein it on track or strip u cn take plate off to get the full use of the intercooler n wen back on road put plate bk on.
