TIALD pod doesn't look very realistic though as the front end is a ball that spins round and only comes out when it is targeting. also, you will have to get rid of the gun pods and fit a strake to the r/h side and a pylon to the left.


I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

was going to fit it on the center hardpoint mount, could it not go there?

The only things I ever saw on the centre line was a baggage pod. They were old Hawk drop tanks converted so you can unclip both ends and put stuff in when you go away. I don't even think the centre line can support TIALD electrically.

The last pic shows it facing forward. After a flight you would signal an 'L' like a loser sign to the pilot who would spin the head round so the liney can inspect the glass for damage and clean any flies off it. Once satisfied, it is spun back round to it's parked position.

My German really isn't good, but Gr7's had this painted near the emergency canopy release

"Drucken zu offnen, Vorvarts laufen und ziehen"

Push to open, run forwards and pull.
