Thanks guys ! , tried fitting the speedlines to the front and :/ they don't fit they foul on the calliper I'm using a cav 2.0 brake set up. Apart from that progress was made ! One of my good friends Simon came round (simontw) to lend me a hand so we got stuck in ! First off was to polybush the rear beam then we moved on to the front , got the front arb polybushed, we were going to do the rest of the front but ran out of time :/ other jobs we managed were de bumpstrip the whole car (yet to do the badges)
Fitted a bung for the rear wiper. Also manage to get rid of some sound deadening in the rear going to do the rest of the car some time this week. Also started getting the car ready for my battery relocate. any way pictures!
Rear bung in

Si de bump stripping lol

Still need to finish this ....

Packed garage !

Getting rid of the sound deadening , much easier with a heat gun!

Just need some white spirit to wipe away the residue

Spinning the car round , heavier than it looks !!

Poly bushed front arb

Polybushed rear beam

Battery cable being prepped

Sis nova !

Jobs to do now are fit my depos to the front
Fit my rear lights
Fit rear arch
Get rid of all the sound deadening and strip the front down ready for polybushing hopefully should get this done later on in the week !
Thanks again to Si massive help and thanks for looking

Haha at that picture of me led im that gap.

Beam bushes are easy in theory. Just need to remove the springs then unbolt the mounts and lower it down. Trim the lips off one side of the bush then hammer it out. One popped out easily but the other needed a bit more work Not a difficult mod to carry out at all though.
