Check out the cabin filter's casing, it might be cracked. My mates dad had a A6 avant and that was the same.

Good good. Have you had the carpet up? There's an ECU under the front pass feet. That might need drying out.

My mate hired a wet vac to get all the water out. It's a seats out job if you want to get it all.

Funny you should say that....

Yes I do, diagnosed at school. Never bothered with Ritalin or anything lol

I get bored and distracted so easily it's unreal.

I know it sounds wrong but I need arches for the bbs splitter I'm running (see pictures above)
Sides arnt very in your face and there is no rear so should look ok.
If once painted and I don't like I'll just sell on

And I'm not painting it grey or fitting bbs splits lol. I've known colour, engine and wheel choice since I've owned it

Hey guys, sorry I don't write much, i tend to just post picture and let you make up your own story as to whats happening with my caddy....

Well that's going to change for this post at least:-

As my engine is built up and bay is almost ready for painting (after trail fit and final skim) i decided to mock the block up in the bay,.
Went up to the workshop for an hour on thursday and attached the gearbox to the block, friday i got to use the ramp and put the engine in the bay, this might not sound that impressive but its the first time since i've owned the caddy that its had an engine in (5years!!)

as the engine is in i would have been rude not to mock the r1 carbs up on the current dogshit mani i have.

looked shite but darren (my helper and owner of workshop) said i should try my 40 mani, this confused the crap out of me as i don't have a 40 mani, he takes me into "my room" (where all my parts are) and hands me a mani that's buried under some trim, low and behold i have a 40 manifold i didn't know i had. Happy days

Quick phone call to a friend and an hour later i'm now the owner of dellortos

i'm now on the net searching for the pieces i need
