Awesome film!! Was very dubious when I put it on but so well made. Guy playing Dredd could have been slightly bigger/harder (like Stallone) but other than that.

Ticker (2001)

Starting Dennis Hopper, Steven Seagal, Ice-t, Nas.

Apart from Hoppers Irish accent, which makes you laugh all the way through, it's just awful. Major low budget stuff.
