You don't have a right to know. I may disclose it at some point but my problem is that although I can see the network address and device ID of the user, who is another Corsa Sport user, unless I go around to his house, I can't tell if it was someone using his device without his knowledge or permission. In this instance, it would be me who is operating outside the of the law in making an accusation which turns out to be incorrect.

I'm actually as sure as I can be that I know, and I'm considering what to do about that user. But I'm not in a position to cast an aspersion publicly.

And its not people, it's one person, once. And I would hope that they would not do it again once they realise that they're actually making things worse not better.
