Embarrasing that  Show's we have a long way to go, starting with a new CB who is willing to play the ball rather than hoof it at Andy Carroll. Carragher set the tone from the start doing that, which negated the midfield who reverted to sitting about a foot infront of the CB's. Cole was blowing after about 20 mins, he's finished.
Need to try and finish on as much of a high as possible in the league, the season isn't a 'total' washout, we've definitely improved under Kenny, we need to back that up with some 1st team signings who can bring the best out of our attacking players.

that was pissing me off and I'm not even a liverpool fan.
No question about it Andy is brilliant in the air but constantly hooning it up there is ridiculous. when they actually tried to be inventive and pass it about they were making good chances.

I'm 100% certain it wasn't KD's instructions, he's had us playing much better football since old face rubber left. It's always Carragher who puts it long, he needs a bollocking because as you say, as good as Carroll is in the air it's a pointless waste of time if your midfield are pinned to the defence and therefore you have no runners to try and get on the end of a knock down. We also need some players capable of using the width of the pitch, it's stupid to try and rely solely on Johnson because it's also too obvious.
The thing i'm happy about is John Henry was there to see it, apparently him and KD are discussing summer targets durign this visit, I hope he's got deep pockets
