i have a theory that a slower the connection the less people who can join a lobby.

might explain why you cant join.

why wont it let me use my cars the ones ive bought and got gifted?
the only ones i can use are the reccomended ones and my somehow faverite car that is a suki cappachino

You have to set cars as your Favourites in your main garage, then you can use them online
