Southend looks wicked actually, what happens down there? Where they all doing the burnouts? Take it it's not legal???

Southend is probably the best UK cruising spot. Every saturday without fail there will be at least 200-300+ car. On a good night, expect nearly 1000 modded motors.
You get some people who stop everyone and hand out flyers and usually people wind open the throttle and spin up the wheels as they accelerat off.
Southends great fun
