Q420 – 215 to 220BHP
A pair of exchange, Q420 profile camshafts
(not suitable for the standard hydraulic followers)
A set of solid cam follower inserts and shims
A pair of vernier cam pulleys
(for more accurate cam timing)
A set of forged pistons
(with the deeper valve pockets required for this cam profile)
A set of race quality rod bolts
(for a higher rev limit)

Each kit comes with an engine management package from DTAfast including a distributorless ignition system. Each kit also includes either a set of Weber 45 DCOE carbs or a set of our direct to head throttle bodies.

So if u have a 2.1, why the need for new forged pistons? Dont u have the 88mm pistons already?

What u looking to put out, around 230-240bhp?

No - currently makes 214bhp. 220+bhp should be one the cards next spring with modified air horns. Beyond that it just gets really silly money and then there's the issue of driveability. Mind you, I haven't ruled out adding a little squirt of NOS for the odd occassion when I come up against something really mean
