no it isn't, if it was your power would be 117 bhp I believe.
131 * 4700 RPM divided by 5252 = 117

no.... peak bhp isnt measured at peak torque......
on my GT peak torque is between 3500-4000.... but peak bhp (at the wheels) is around 6000

yes but thats because peak torque rpm is lower than peak bhp rpm...
look at his, peak torque rpm is at 4700, bhp is only at 4000 - therefore peak power would be at 4700

and ok, it may even be more at the peak power - coz it might drop a bit and level out - i.e. 129 at 5500 rpm
either way, at peak torque according to his figures his bhp would be 117 - which it isn't. so it proves something is fucked up.

The high losses were down to the cars sitting for ages so the gearbox oil was cold/thick again.
The silver Saxo VTS was the first one on the rollers after arriving and so had some hot box oil and a decent @ wheels figure.

No, if 101bhp is supposed to be your peak power, it's not right. It's bull. Power = torque x revs. If peak torque is at 4700rpm then the power at 4700rpm will DEFINITELY be higher than at 4000rpm.
