I watched the Redline dvd thingy in the last issue. Utter joke with them driving around France etc like jack 'ned' the lad - no wonder so many pricks drive like tits at cruises etc And the gimp in his Red/Yellow Civic made me laugh

revs is still a quality read. its the only mag i look forward to coming out. i buy max power but starting to really dislike it as it gettin to be just full of jap cars and 50k motors. i like to see british cars like corsas/novas (saxos) etc etc. revs is nothing like max power and is the only decent modifying mag. agree with daimo i bought fast car this month for the first time in years coz of the uv corsa on cover. 1/2 hour l8r read everything i wanna read. wot a load of FUKing toss

My new years resolution for the coming year is to stop buying all the toss car mags (MaxPower & FastCar). The only good bit about Max Power is the The Worx articles which are pretty usefull.
I also agree that while Revs ain't as good as it used to be since they decided to pad out the magazine with slappers and porno phone lines (WTF!) it's still the best of a bad bunch.

I agree some of these are very good but I want to get a magazine that gives me coverage across all the makes/models instead of getting one of the aboveand getting very one make minded. A mag covering all makes and models in the style of the mags above would be nice

Agree with daimo, Fast car is a complete joke, I hope i'm talking about the right one, its with all the F.U.K shite all over the reviews. Since reading about Redline here I've bought it every month since, I even have a subscription which I believe is well worth the money. Also if I'm out of reading material I will grab a copy of Total Vaux as they havent (yet) gone to shit, and I still enjoy reading it 
The other mags are just borring, full of ads, and just don't get my interest.

I dont bother with any of em unless im really bored i'll either buy FC or Revs if they've got it.
I wanna see british cars in our mags not foreigners, its like when u see a decent motor from london or whereeva u might see it at a show and recognise it. You'll never see the ones in there now. Birds are ruff aswell!

I buy classic car mags now for some reason and Evo, or whatever looks half decent.... but they all seem to feature the same features every month!
CCC was/is good
VolksWorld is prob the best 'nedded up' mag i can think of.... i buy it for my girlfriend on occaison.
