Funny, you both say exactly the opposite thing about the same car
I'll go with SXi boys comment as i think this to be more accurate.

Oh, back to the subject.
Realistically, i wouldn't buy any of the list. I'd get something bigger and more sensible if you want to make an XE Corsa in the future. That'll be a toy car, might as well have something thats comfy, reliable, good on fuel and keeps its value.

2 litre to heavy for such a car... 1.6 is the more desirable

i would never go for anything under a 1.6 again havin got used to power of big engines it would feel like im going backwards
2litre corsas handle well if the suspension is done properly, but that involves ££££
i'd go for something else maybe an astra mk3 or 4

Keep it. It looks sweet and as you say is fast!
If you sell it, then you will regret it and wish you hadn't. You would also regret spending more money on another car.
My mate sold his Corsa Sport P reg for a Fiesta Zetec S. Now he is in 4K debt and wishes he'd of kept the Sport. Especially when theres a couple of seconds difference 0-60.

Go for a GSI (grey one) and put a XE or LET in it, better still you can pick one up with either engine in one for about £2k - £5k.

A good set of coil-overs and strut braces wont cost the earth, like daimo says you'd pay about the same if you were doin it to any car, I reckon it wont cost no more than £600.

Coilovers are about £550. You can fit them yourself, then they need setting up which wont cost much.
Corsas dont really need strut braces. QUite a stong chassis to start with. I've only got mine for looks but i'll admit it does make the front end a little bit stiffer.
Anti roll bar kit, not sure, heard prices from £80-£250.
