get yourself a decent soliciter and appeal against it. If what you say is true that they had the time all mixed up and a statment was wrote the day before then you can rip them to shreads and they will have to pay costs

its not as easy as that mate, i have tryed once. if i try again and loose it is just more money wasted. the cops are pricks and will always win, its just life.

and if they think i am giving evidence in june for them they can get to fcuk, they dont help me why should i help them

id deffo appeal, but speak to your local MP about it too. I know our local MP went out of his way to help a bloke i know when he was having problems with Police and harassment. Get your case together again and speak to your MP, it wont hurt you to try it.

I feel for ya mate, i have all this to come, just because i crashed my car and someone got hurt, long story, i dunno what i'm getting charged with yet, 4yrs 10 months driving no probs, then i crash, that was end of nov last yr.

All i know from the interview is the cops are trying every way to suggest i was speeding, but they mustn't have any figures or actual proof, and the drizzle on the night in question, i had intermittent wipers on, if even them, that has already turned into "Heavy rain" in both coppers and one witness statement...

Also, my music got significantly louder, i can't remember how loud it was, but the hu was halfway outta the dash after the crash, and i dunno if it still works even, so owt coulda happened to it.

On top of this, i got hauled outta my car by a copper at the time, only got asked if i was ok 20 mins later, went to the doc next day who said i was ok, but, i'm gonna have to go back, my nose has "whistled" when i breathe since the crash, only started to get noticeable after xmas cos until then i had a cold, and i appear to have slight trouble hearing most of the time...
