Im thinking about buying some uv neons, but will they light up the footwells good, or will they just make white trainers & laces glow?

LOL.......

UV are used more for making things GLOW.... instead of making things light up....

speak to trublesome, and he'll may have a picture of how much the UV ones light up the footwell!

u2u received mate, do you happen to know if these particular neons will fit to other power sources, other than the ciggie lighter ?? as have already ruinned a neon taking the ciggie lighter plug off and trying to run it off another power source !! seems some off these neon type lights have a starter type thing or whatever within the cigar lighter plug ?? any idea about these ?? would prefer wiring them to the rear lights.

yeah m8, they should power up to any source... heard of people wiring neons straight to the battery.. and also people have run them off there interior lights.. this doesnt actually have a ciggie lighter plug it is just a pos and neg wires so itshouldnt cause probs like your others...
