i cant explain how good it felt when she fired up

just got a balljoint and tie rod end to change monday
oil change and a wash tomorow

oh nath
for 2 tie rod ends-- £20 for 2 balljoints £20 yay

i know i expected them to cost £££ like you said
but they didnt

and the old one was that stuffed it wouldnt unbolt

i got the angle grinder out cut it of and set fire to my work coat i didnt even know
id finished and looked at my coat ooo theres a big hole init

I ruined my balljoint getting it out only to have to put it back in again as the useless motor factors supplied me with pre97 one's

And it was on a sunday so they werent even open.

anyway...
just changed engine oil/flushed old oil.and fitted new vaux filter and oil

sounds better already

but i have noticed the downpipe heatshield is rattling and the backbox needs more adjustment
i think ill do them tomorow
and change the balljoint monday when it arrives in the shop

oh and a corsa C sri?/sxi? had a go and failed

oh aye i adjusted the exhaust hit a bump and its now rattling againg

i fear im gona have to trim the exhaust rubber mounting bar

ill have to look @it again tomrow

been taking it easy cos its all got to settle in
i think the icv needs changing too

and ive gotta change passenger balljoint so i can go fast untill thats fitted

the downpipe heatshield is now no more

pulled it off and its now not rattling

just gotta sort the rear exhaust mount as its too close to the back box and is catching
ill do that tomorow while changine the balljoint

i just bought a ball joint from vaux, it cost me £43

but the never charged my card
