I admit it takes some getting used to when you launch a new car at the Pod but a best time of 16.6??

With the Coupé, the first time I went up the strip I got a 16.1, then a 15.7, then a 15.6, then a 15.4 then a 15.2 (This was standard)

You will get better, it's a about the launch.

I did only do two runs though, slightly damp track and very nasty headwind... as I said Imprezas/Sklyines were only doing mid 14s but I would deffo need better practice for the launch :S

My first ever 1/4 time in the Corsa was 17.6 @ 78mph, my best (at same power) was 15.74. It takes practice. Best ever was 15.118 but that was with more power.

Why dissapointed with terminal? You won't get much higher than that even if your time is quicker.

After all, your car takes 16.9secs to get to 100. so if you aiming to do a 1/4 in low 15's you're terminal is going to be high 80's low 90's.
