Did a search for Cupra R's and it brought up 2.... both £10k.... well over what i plan on paying for one!

Yes, as I said before, people say that to increase the price as most people don't know the differences (main ones being the R has Oz 17s - multispoke and the Cupra has those 16s... also the R has Brembo brakes... says Brembo on the cals)

Not really, if you see a REAL Cupra R it will be much much more expensive than a Cupra... as you said, more around the £10k mark!
