you've got two options:

#1 Get back together not really an option.
#2 Tell her you want a break, no contact at all, ok be civil if you see each other out, but no mail, phone or text and NO SEX.

This way you'll know if it was meant to be.

Least you got the sense to not go out tonight, i was "on it" solid for several months. Lucky i didn't get the sack, turning up at work stinking of drink with massive hangovers.
