Yeah, well only problem is i have a shite job with shiteloads of thinking time, so all ill be thinking about is her all day, was hard enough today, had to go home.
So ive decided not to text her or anything and try to forget then get in contact again when im ready. Shitest time of my life it really is, on a right downer atm.

Mate i'd say try and avoid all contact with her, if her life changes in the future n she comes looking for u (and you're free) then fine, but for the moment u feel shit and speaking to or seeing her won't help will just make it harder even more (trust me)
