U gotta sort out all other sh1t like kitchen appliances (what a gay word appliances is ), furniture, crockery, bedding, curtains etc loads of cash

What am I on about I'm considering buying somewhere small end of the year if all goes to plan

Aye, we have £3k set aside for that (also its a new house so it needs carpets and other floorings/curtains/curtain poles/a garden - will jus be like dirt in the garden ) BTW we got hammered for £2.5k this morning for solicitors/stamp duty

That's the only thing, I'd prolly need a 100% mortgage too :1 should get bk with the ex for a week (she works in solicitors) and get them to do it all for free

Renting is dead money but u don't have to big big deposits

lol, ours is turning into a 95% mortgage We had a spare £4k odd but stamp duty/solicitors fees/furnishings has eaten at that
