New rad is on nealy broke it fitting it tho and fuel has had to be turned down as it's smoking a bit too much and getting too hot

Gould have just got a 1.4/1.6/2.0 and bolted on the same standard mods as everyone else, but that would just be boring

Yes I can accept this as well, I could have had a 2.0 16v in the Nova but they bore me.

thats cause the IC covers the rad. I suggest getting a revotec fan controller.

it's electric but I'd rather loose 1hp than overheat, remember it's built for rallies/tracks so needs reliability just as much as speed

I will be interested to see the out come of this.

A Stripped 140bhp and 220+ft/lb corsa is gonna be pretty rapid. Whether its gonna be sub 15.5s 1/4 rapid will have to be seen.

how much space you got between rad and IC. how much airflow gets to the rad

it's only overheating if i take it for a longish run keeping it near full boost all the time

2-3inches, rads getting about 50cm2 of direct cold air
