PMSL

This guys parents must be so proud of him. Making a career out of talking about his shopping list over a cheesy backing track.

Truely gifted my arse.

THE STREETS have finished their long awaited new album - but MIKE SKINNER says his collaboration with CHRIS MARTIN may now never see the light of day.

'A Grand Don't Come For Free' was completed last month and has been scheduled for a May 10 release. The follow-up to ‘Original Pirate Material’ took two years and the first single, ‘Fit But You Know It’, precedes the album on April 26.

Despite working together on the "sad" album track ‘Dry Your Eyes’, Skinner suspects Chris wasn’t that keen on the finished product, so their version won’t be on the album.

Skinner told NME.COM: "‘Dry Your Eyes’ is the moment of complete panic when your girlfriend finishes with you...it's a sad one. I wrote the track and I thought that he (Martin) would sound really good on it. I asked him to do it and he did. After that I don't really know. I don't think his record company liked it. But maybe he didn't like it. On the day he was (happy with it). Well, maybe he wasn't, maybe he was lying to me and he walked out going 'This is not working'. But it wasn't massive stress. It would have been nice, but we've re-recorded it and it sounds great."
