I raped my mates seat thing, tuned as well to 210bhp. Left it for dead in 3rd gear..torque only really matters if you get caught off guard and not in the correct gear. That was in the CTR btw, there not slow and yes the torque is shit compaired to a turbo but thats how vtec works

Hoping to pur-chase a new cupra next yr so we shall see how different lol

Ibiza 210bhp prolly 230/40 lb/ft 1119kg

why would a CTR rape that? he must have been a poor driver?

i thought i read somewhere the seat was under 7 sec's to 60. must of been a miss print

156bhp is 7.6 acccording to evo.

With 210 bhp and 230/40 lb/ft you got to be looking at 6.5-6.7 i would have thought?

Plus u cant even buy white ones

Yeah no worries i dont want to argue either, I wish i could have a 4WD Ars3 rape machine like you but cant afford it right now, bought a house a few months back. one day though

was this from a standing start? both even till 80/90, im guessing at higher rpms his car wasnt holding onto much boost which let the civic edge ahead. Drove my cupra back from colchestor last night, naugthy i know but roads were dead and it did pull very well to 120, then still headed towards 140 at not a slow pace. My brothers m8 has a CTR, need somewhere to race it, too dodgy on the roads around here though.

Car will clean it maybe this weekend and do some pics, its over boosting at the moment, got a dodgy solenoid valve. Boosting to 20 psi, dying and putting the car into limp mode

rolling start from about 20-30 on a roundabout, I did struggle at the start (torque) but reeled him back when vtec came in. This is a fair old time ago so can't remember everything but can say I was a good 4-5 car lengths ahead at very naughty speeds.

Yes Jap version has LSD, a car which produces so much power through the front wheels and produces it all at once needs one.

I hate CTR's, I want to take a crap in the passenger seat of one.
