Still, at least it was delivered and to an address that was something to do with the order.

It wasnt a slight problem though, i couldnt possible have made it any clearer to the girl how important it was that the flakes came to me and that they came on time, evern paid extra to have them delivered quicker.

In that case, you should have refused delivery of the flakes and cancelled the order.

Then how did you pay extra to have them delivered any quicker?

The only "faster" service would be to have them put onto a courier, which you can certainly refuse delivery on.

Next day delivery through the post office. One of Iaz's family signs for parcel. The parcel doesnt get opened till Friday afternoon cos no expected the parcel to contain flakes as they should have been with me

1). I have no time
2). If i complained the situation wouldnt change

Just one of those things where you have to work around someone elses fuk up. But thats life and we all make mistakes and we just have to get on with it

Exactly... complaining is only worth while if its gonna change your situation for the better. In this case i'd probably have got all stressed out and wasted time i dont have... pointless.
