My mates parents had a caravan static one at penrith it was a £1000 for site fees being connected to the power etc. I work with a woman and she said there about £25k - £30k to buy

I doubt (know) it doesnt cost £160 a month to keep you there.
I rent my spare room out for £50/wk, and thats 95% profit that gets converted to beer

£5 - window cleaner
£25 - telephone bill
thats with food, cleaning products, cost of cars and repairs to the house!
believe me, £160 is nothing!
