depends how mature they are etc, one of my best mates is 16, she certainly dont act her age, shes very mature, and her bf is 24, her parents approve and so do his and they get on really well
i dont think age shud really matter, but personally i think the older u get the less it matters, like a 16 yr old and 22 yr old wud get a lot of attention whereas a 22 and a 28yr old wudnt

Last year i went out with a 17 year old for 4 months, i was 25
she was really cool for her age though, i mean it depends on the person and what they have done in their life. one 17yr old could be an inmature little kid whilst another could be living away from home, fully independent and bit more grown up.
Remember the perks as well, relatively unspoilt, tight fanneh etc pmsl
