these mags allways make stuff up or mis-quote ppl just to sell more copies. i was flicking thru revs the other day and spotted a celica GT4, quote said 'well over 300bhp.' Read the artical bit and the engine was pretty much standard with the quote taken from something like 'after the planned engine mods it will be well over 300bhp'

Turbo ain't fitted yet far as i know - saw the car 2 weeks ago and it was still in his passenger side footwell

though i know he's gonna get this fitted over winter. NOS is all wired in - + James1 it's a 2.5 v6 running NOS and soon a turbo wht Kerry said about it being fastest corsa in the uk i'd have to agree totally - when its fired up ground shakes - one of them cars tht you look at + fink oh f**k tht's fast - i dunno whether its been on a rolling road - but i dnt fink Beardy's to bothered how much bhp its running at the mo until turbo is on....

Fitting the turbo isn't going to happen!! Would be easier to fit a v12 on a pushbike

and the nos might be "wired up" but is it plumbed in? If so i'd be interested to see some pics

Its the corsa cossvaux tuned awhile back, There's some serious power in that car, just my 2cents, Kerry will know tim and be able to pass judgement better then me,

it won't just bolt on! Even if this car is ever prepared to the spec in the feature it still wouldnt be the fastest corsa in the country.

agree 100%, when they say fastest do they mean top speed, 1/4 mile ?

in thoery if it hits it rev limiter in 5th it will be doing 150+mph, but a LET runnign phase 3+ could also hit that

(not a go at beardy btw, just revs and there marketing peopel)

well fitting the turbo is fonna have to use a hybrid of sabb manifold and custom, which will be very very difficult imo, im sure beardy has an idea though

I'm not having a go at Beardy, just think it's misleading! I've spoken to a couple of people tuning v6 engines and fitting a turbo is not really a viable option. TB's would be far better! And i'll say once again even if prepared to the feature spec it still wouldn't be the fastest corsa in the country. A very nice looking and original corsa maybe but not the fastest.
