It didn't! - It was numbed.. the only feeling you get, is of a slight discomfort as the recieving tube (similar to a cathator) is put down the jap's..

Nah, it's one of the safest piercings to have done in that respect, as it's almost self-cleaning.. that is, every time you have a piss, the piss itself cleans it..

You can't take it out as it'll heal up almost right away.. After about 6-8 weeks, i can go back & have a thicker ring put in... i'm currently wearing a 2mm ring (diameter of the actual metal).. you can keep increasing the size over time.. the larger the size, the more pleasure for both partners..
The guy that pierced me had a 10mm ring in, but can fit a 12mm in if he likes!
