what about people who are born disabled their families still have all the costs,but their parents dont get a 1m lump sum when they leave the delivery ward do they?

in some cases i agree, my aunt is seriously ill, cant do anything for herself, got machines breathing for her etc, she jst sits in a chair all day, she can talk but her mind has gone so doesnt know who she is etc, shes in constant pain and we have begged the hospital to switch the machines off and her let her die with some dignity, btu they wont, its heart breakin seeing someone you love basically living a death
