Need to get car jump started again but can't get anybody

garage has got the battery in for me just need to get through to it...

Phoned about 20 ppl...most m8's working etc.....or ppl not got leads

waiting on a neighbour coming home to get him.............

Mate get yourself a new alternator ASAP.Battery's don't just go flat on there own unless there well old.

- Clean up the battery terminals
- Clean up any "grounds"
- Check the alternator belt isnt loose
- Charge battery
- Clean starter connections

cheers guys...

Garage came to me last night and fitted battery and al seems fine..

Battery looks like the original vaux one so would be about 4 years old..

Mechanic said one of the cells more than likely fucked on old battery.Thats why it started 1st time but wouldn't restart from a jump...



I had to push car out driveway to get it jumped the 1st time and FECK me it was heavy.......... (2 of us done it)
