i get an anual pay rise every september, and free x mas piss up, plus anything from between £100 and £700
not bad really, but we do work so fukin hard to get that i do an 75 max hour week!
so u can guess that it fuks u over!

Not really,
We get a single bonus each year, but at no set time,
usually £1500+
For xmas we have a xmas party night (dinner and a swanky place) and then next year feb/march we are all going to london for the weekend,
lads going to see footy or somthing ladies can go shopping, then piss up in evening,
All expenses paid of course
