also the domain was bought on the 2nd of Sept 2004, and is hosted with lycos.

Phone up Lycoc UK (0044 207 8816 500) and report that you have been recieving abusive emails from oxyuk.com and that you wish action to be taken

do a whois munchy, get his mobile number and phone from a phone box down the road. Put on a posh type voice and pretend that your from a hosting company (like 123.co.uk) and say that a client of yours has been getting spam and abusive/threating emails from oxyuk.com, and that legal action will be taken up against the owner of oxyuk.com if it continues..etc etc

Although, how was your website shut down then??

- i had a similar guy posing as an official company - wrecking my Ebay business....traced him down using whois and google - paid him a visit - business was back online within a few days. My only advice is if you find out his address and wanna pay him a visit...take someone large with you....it really is worth £1000 to see the look on their face when they answer the door.....
