the hting is - that even if me and C did get married. in order for me to apply for citizenship here in the UK - i have to have an already existing visa and indefinite leave to stay.



you tell me what sense that makes?!?! why the hell would i have to aply for english citizenship as his wife - IF i ALREADY had indefinite leave to stay.



we could just get married and live as any english married couple would.


i dunno im so confused and home office keeps leading me in circles.

Try speaking to ya local MP, its his duty to help you and he has connection to the Home Office and to all of the people at the top, plead your case to him/her if it works ya got someone in power on ya side, if it doesn't then its one more path you have tried!

I think the award for the biggest attention seeking whore on Corsa Sport 2004 goes to Jambos_chic . . who is no longer jambos_chic and tells every one she hates him but posts on here still and doesnt change her user name . . .
