dont think its the line speed for your net, just the line speed of the connections between each campus.....

Downstream 704 Kbps (88.0 KB/sec) 760 Kbps (inc. overheads)
Upstream 122 Kbps (15.3 KB/sec) 131 Kbps (inc. overheads)
