you lot dont aim very high. im 20now, plan to be retired by the time im 35. iv saved loads of money this year, hopefully owning my first shop in a month or so, and should have two houses by the end of the year. it can only get better the way i see it, the harder you work, the more you get back

when you put your money in the right place it works for you. buy a nice house, you can rent it out and make money on it, after paying tthe mortgage. save this money, reinvest the equity and so on

what I have achived and this is in no particular order.

House
Wife
Child
Educated (although got to go back to uni

)
car
career of sorts
scientific publications
good at somthing other than work
income which is just about adequate
book in a library
got parents still alive
friends both male and female
90% of my hair line
respect from fellow workers (I think they may be lying)
the ablity to grow a beard (all be it ginger in places

)
the use of a holiday home in the south of france (soon to be northern spain)
my own pets
a garage
and outside tap
the ability to walk around naked in the morning
decent CD collection and machinery to play them

that just the sort of basic things I have achived by 30. the important ones. I felt that anal sex, although a very important achivement, was just outside the boundary of good taste.
