make sure you ask for the higher grade stainless steel, otherwise it will rust faster than a 1985 metro

There is somehwere in Essex that somone was talking about off here. They do custom stuff for classic cars, custom manifolds and performance/custom stuff for supercars and sports cars like Porches - they had loads of pics of Porches they did.

imo 1 either side, 3" inward rolled, will be clean smart and not OTT. Probably looking at 350-400 quid though mate for a complete system

personally i would buy a system from a proper manufacture and get powerfloow to just make you a decat

but that becasue im afraid of powerflow quality

i have had 4 powerflow exhausts now and never had a single problem, all work well and do the job. Only problem i have had is a broken mount due to a damn speedbump, so the backbox sits well low at the moment, but that wasnt their fault.

Yes , a system for a corsa b will fit

the only bit thats diffrent is a standard corsa decat wont meet the LET manifold

thats where you get someone to make you a pipe up

i meant to say less silances will make it louder (not allwasy was people want) but more silancers will make it resrictive

4t so, got me confused, i jus had the CAT and middle box removed and a backbox fitted, K n N panel filter n drilled the air box, cnt believe how much quicker the car picks up and responds, 1.4 16v Sport btw. as for the exhorst, id go for somthin similar to helium head

I see, isnt the bore going to need to be bigger? i thought this was essential on a turbo engine

the bore is gona have to be much bigger not sure of the exact sizre but had a LET down pipe and a 1.4 corsa Exhaust side by side and u shoulda sw the difference!
