Mav forgive me if im wrong but ive just noticed the re-positioning of the header tank, shouldnt it be a little higher than that as it is a 'header' tank (i.e head of water)? Maybe Lee or someone will correct me?

I had that exhaust system on my 1.2 16v and it was loud! on a 2.0 it must be deafening!

LuckyB's when going up to 160mph was mental had me from ear to ear. Mine personally is quite loud but still looking to fit a bigger exhaust to it to make more use of the power

Header tank is just an expansion tank mate , it don't really matter where it is on the engine bay.

IMO the hose going into the top of the header tank should be the highest point in th cooling system!

Full powerflow exhaust (no Cat)
Mantzel elbow thingy
Induction kit.
as far as im aware thats all there is done to it.
Feels quick tho, but never really gave it that much stick.
Pulls good in all the gears.

Power cap gives anything up to 10bhp.
Think it just increases airflow.
I'll see if i can post up the RR graph for mine.
Power... depends on what the engine was out of..
Some Astra GTE's including the champion where ment to have 153bhp standard.
But the MK3 Astra GSI and Cav SRi/GSi only had 147bhp standard.
But all of that could count for shoot!!
RR is the best bet!

im feeling the need for more power!
went off the LET idea! as ive seen 2 many problems with mates LET's
Tb's are alot of money
so im thinking cam's, pulleys, chipped, got a ported and polished head to go on! already got a solid bottome end! cossie rod bolts, omega forged pistons, lightened and balanced crankshaft with all that and a full remap should be good for 180bhp?!?! maybe i reckon!!

I like the sound of my zorst at idle and just lightly on the throttle but its too much of a high raspy sound at full chat, plus the baffles in the back box are rattling about so that probably wont help the sound
