yeh, its priceless. What works me up is theres so many people reading this and then passing this knowledge on, especially the myth steroids being muscle in a bottle.

No matter how much juice you take, you wont grow without good nutrition/protein etc. As you say people see it as muscle in a bottle, bless 'em.

The best way to build muscle is to attend the gym about 4 times a week and stick to a routine. Tone = light weight at many repetitions to get big = large weights = less reps. Before you join the Gym ask for a programme unless you have a clue what you are doing. Protein Drinks only aide a body builder if they break muscle fibres. When muscle fibres are broken the body heals them naturally and as they heal they cecome larger. Protein drinks aide this as they speed up the process enabling body builders to go to the gym more and their body's will now ache as much.

Protein is the main source the body uses to rebuild muscles. Make sure you only work one or two sets of musles every time you go to the gym i.e chest and triceps; back and biceps otherwise it will be useless and will not give them a chance to heal properly before you build them again.

main basis before any training has to be diet, but muscle canot be built without some sort of resistance. if u dot have time to train etc, do sit ups, press ups, squats etc at home, even grab your tool box, a chair or even a small child etc for some curls, flys etc lol.

my advise personally would be to try and eat correctly and see how that goes before you start to take supliments etc, also depends on how big u wanna get.

dont concentrate on just a high protein intake. Gotta think about carbs, calories and vitamins. Carbs probably being on of the most important because if you dont take enough in, your body will use protein as an energy source.
