as robin said poly carb windows dont weight much lighter than normal stuff... its the winders and the like.... 800kg is a very very light corsa.... id be suprised if jr was that light, he has sound deadening still and hasnt cut any panels yet... robin, pop over to mine some time i have a nice new grinder im wanting to try out, i have a good idea of what needs to be removed....

loads of wiring, stull sound deadening there, and aircon, heater, leccy mirrors

then its all about the cutting and drilling
