you can still keep the same policy but the premium will go up when you tell them youve been banned and had 6 points.

oonce uyour driving again, you will have to start the probationary period again, so if get 6 more points, you will be banned again.

u can take the test in your car as long as you are insured as a learner and display 'L' plates

6 points stay on the persons licence for 3 years and by law they must declare them fro 5 years. as he will be re-sitting test and getting a new licence, i assume the six points will be removed but he will still have to declare to insurance and police etc that he has been previously banned over the next 5 years.

of course, if u dont apply for a provisional licence you will not be a driver at all, and the licences and test are quite expensive now.

use your head mate, I really hope you havent admitted to doing it yet

It was a mobile speed camera therefore it wasnt you driving IT WASNT OK

go down your local golf course, bowling club with £50 and get one of the old boys to take the points for you, im not talking from experience

If that fails find a student who has a license but no car as they cant afford it blah blah blah, offer them a can of strongbow and they will take the points

Think boy think!!!!!!!!!!
